Since 1990, Groundwork has made a commitment to serve its community high quality, sustainably sourced, certified organic coffee. In 2015, the company placed this same level of attention on its food menu — bringing on board executive chef John Lobb to take a fresh look at its offerings, and to incorporate improvements such as local and organic produce, eggs, and meats. This year it is, once again, focusing on its drink menu, reimagining all of its beverage recipes with only all-natural ingredients.
Groundwork’s Mission: to prepare a drink menu with all-natural and organic ingredients, including:

• All-Natural, House-Made Cashew Milk
• All-Natural, Certified Organic, and Vegan Chai
• All-Natural, House-Made Chocolate Sauces
• All-Natural, House-Made Salted Caramel Sauce
Many of Groundwork’s drinks have already been upgraded, including the All-Natural Mocha and All-Natural Chai Latte. Throughout the coming months, the company will continue to make improvements to its offerings and create some exciting, new beverages along the way.
In an effort to be fair to customers with specific dietary needs and preferences, Groundwork has chosen to forgo the traditional upcharge for non-dairy milks. This means that as of March 1st, whether its customers want dairy, almond milk, hemp milk, soy milk, or house-made cashew milk in their beverage, it will be the same price.
