Background: We're constantly looking for better coffee, and after a long search, we're happy to offer this Organic Peru from CENFROCAFE. This coffee is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros (CENFROCAFE), a cooperative that provides training and financing aimed at improving coffee quality and yields to increase farmer earnings in the areas with which it works.
In the Cup: Sweet and balanced, with notes of chocolate, red fruit, a buttery texture, and a hint of fennel, this coffee is incredibly drinkable and accessible, yet complex enough to satisfy even the most particular coffee drinker.
