So when a new organic farm comes online, producing quality coffee, we think that’s something worthy of recognition. Consider the ten-hectare lot of Isac Reina Torres and his wife Rosa Marta Diez, tucked up on the mountainside above the small town of Mendoza in Amazonas, Peru, which they’ve turned into a beautiful certified organic coffee farm. These are the fruits of that farm’s first-ever harvest.
