Colombian coffee is sometimes overlooked. The successful marketing campaign of Juan Valdez has elevated Colombian coffee as a “name brand,” but it has also flooded the market with mediocrity. Oftentimes we need to be reminded of its specialness. This particular coffee stood out because of its lush, juicy qualities on the cupping table, and is a nice addition to the Groundwork menu.
