This washed Limu comes from the Jimma zone in the western highlands of Oromia, Ethiopia — from a farm and mill run by Ibrahim Hussein. The coffee has all the qualities of a great washed Ethiopian: hints of jasmine in the fragrance with a juicy, hibiscus-like acidity and balanced notes of milk chocolate, watermelon, and passionfruit.
