This harvest, we were lucky and happy to find the Organic Mexico MOCABE (Movimiento Campesino De Bleisario). This coffee has all of the notes of a good, classic coffee from Mexico: creamy texture, brown sugar, bittersweet chocolate, tamarind, and a hint of lemon.
