A deep and rich French roast with notes of molasses and a hint of sweet organic chicory. Making its way over from France, chicory coffee gained popularity in the French Quarter coffeehouses of New Orleans in the 1840s. Today it's considered a staple of New Orleans coffee culture, and our Big Easy blend pays homage to that flavorful tradition. Using certified organic chicory, this blend is a balanced dark roast that gives way to the familiar molasses and licorice-root notes from the chicory.
